For removable butterfly sleeves, it is best to wash them separately

Wash gently in low temperature if machine-washing cannot be avoided

Skip the dryer. Air dry on a hanger

Do not wring or twist the sleeves

Steaming is more advisable than ironing. If ironing cannot be avoided, put an iron-friendly garment on top of the sleeves to avoid direct contact with the iron
